start-up -- already with strong revenues. responsibilities --
Provide insights to the business through analysis of revenue and sales activity
data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams and their
efforts: analyzing sales investment and service levels of different customer segments
and coming up with ideas for improving the impact of the sales teams. -- Collaborate
with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute lead generation and lead
nurturing programs, as well as programs to manage communication with our large
user base. -- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with
objectives and provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance
and measurement. Evaluate and evolve the current lead scoring model, as required.
-- Responsible for the day to day operation of Marketo and Salesforce.com
campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals -- Responsible for maintaining
the lead list and data integrity in Marketo through its integration with Salesforce.com.
Work closely with marketing in procuring and importing high quality data, and
ensure optimum use of segmentation. -- Identify and implement best practices
and metrics for the lead generation for the sales team. -- Assist in the development
of new policies and procedures to streamline processes, improve analytical capabilities
and increase availability of business intelligence.
qualifications
-- 5+ years B2B marketing and lead generation experience. -- 2 to 3 years
experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua) -- Proven
track record of developing successful B2B database programs that drive business
results and customer/prospect behavior to improve sales, profitability and customer
value -- Proven quantitative and analytics skills -- Ability to drive
Sales and Marketing process optimization and metrics-based analysis of campaigns
and pipeline conversion with focus on success of impact/revenue -- Strong knowledge
of Salesforce.com architecture, data objects, and roles / permissions, especially
around pipeline management and forecasting -- Prior experience in correlating
marketing programs with results (volume, quality and cost dimensions) to identify
areas for improvement for increasing sales pipeline and performance -- Must
be detail-oriented and well-organized -- Excellent oral and written communication
skills -- Experience working in technology, software, or software as a service
and a thorough understanding of the marketing and sales cycles for enterprise
services education
