The
Manager/Senior Manager of Database Marketing and Analytics is responsible for
leading the ongoing database management and integration of customer data across
marketing programs for KodakGallery.com. DUTIES:
-- Support CRM team on front-end marketing and back-end analysis, including loyalty
program, direct mail, email, database, offer/promotion management, and analysis
of social media marketing efforts -- Analytically support all facets of the
CRM team to help identify and implement optimum results across campaigns and channels
-- Support advanced testing, analyses, modeling, other statistical/non-statistical
techniques and reporting to help discover actionable insights to improve customer
lifetime value -- Analyze detailed mail, e-mail, loyalty and social media
campaigns to determine purchase behavior, customer cycles, customer characteristics
and movement to and from various marketing categories -- Work with team to
evaluate the effectiveness of online programs in relation to marketing objectives,
financial performance -- Oversee the implementation and ongoing development
of closed-loop reporting infrastructure and processes in order to provide management
with concise and actionable analysis of program results REQUIRED:
-- Strong grasp of direct response/database marketing, customer relationship management,
customer data management, customer lifetime value, consumer behavior and motivation
-- 5-7 years of experience in advanced database segmentation for Direct Response
Marketing required (e.g. email marketing, traditional direct mail, etc) --
3-5 years of Program / Campaign Management experience required, including advanced
list management, segmentation, analysis and retargeting -- Experience coordinating,
implementing, tracking and reporting on campaigns with third-party direct marketing
and email vendors -- Previous experience in online marketing of products and
services to consumers required -- Superior project management and planning
skills -- Excellent written and oral communications skills -- Ability
to work independently and in a team environment -- Strong organization skills
and attention to detail -- Excellent time management skills, with the ability
to prioritize and multi-task under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment
-- Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects --
Ability to project a professional image over the phone and in person -- Interpersonal
skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels -- BA/BS
with a quantitative focus (Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, etc.)

SKILLS: -- Demonstrated experience with results utilizing campaign management,
data query tools such as Brio, Epiphany, or Cognos; highly developed PC skills
and advanced proficiency with Excel, Access -- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) -- Strong working knowledge of web-analytics
software, including Omniture To
