customers have collaborated online with over 3.0 million trade deals. Responsibilities:
The manager/director (DOE) of Product Marketing is responsible for industry and
product marketing activities for the retail industry. This person will analyze
market and competitive opportunities, contribute to product and partner strategy,
and ensure partner and direct sales force enablement for effective distribution
of DemandTec products worldwide. Required
Experience:
-- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
MBA preferred
-- Excellent understanding of Retail industry, consumer centric
merchandising, the related software market and key industry players
-- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
-- Excellent small and large group
presentation skills
-- 5+ cumulative years proven track record of product
marketing for enterprise software applications at leading vertical and horizontal
enterprise software or analytics companies such as: dunnhumby, Nielsen, EYC, emnos,
IRI, Oracle, SAP, i2, Retek, JDA, etc.
-- 5-7 years working in, consulting
to, or building software for the Retail industry, specifically to large enterprises
(multi-billion dollar annual revenue)
-- Ability to conceptualize, negotiate
and sell ideas internally and externally
